Welcome to 88DD. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms”) set out the rules for using the 88DD website, mobile application (APK), and related services (together, the "Platform”). Please read them carefully. By registering an account, downloading the app, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and entertainment purposes. You must not:

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators for cheating, or any software that gives an unfair advantage
  • Cooperate with other players to cheat (collusion) or manipulate game results
  • Exploit errors, glitches, or loopholes in the games or bonuses
  • Open multiple accounts or use false identities
  • Use stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment accounts
  • Launder money or use the Platform for any illegal activity
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt the Platform
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten other players or our staff

5. App Download and Installation

The official 88DD APK is distributed only through our official website. You are responsible for downloading the app from official links and for making sure your device meets the minimum requirements. We are not responsible for any problems caused by files obtained from unofficial sources. Installing the app may require you to adjust your device security settings, and you do so at your own responsibility.

6. Deposits

  • Deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through supported methods such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, and approved bank transfers.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may change over time. The current limits are shown in the app.
  • You may only deposit using accounts registered in your own name.

  • Withdrawals are made in PKR to a JazzCash account, Easypaisa account, or bank account that matches your registered profile name.

  • Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes, but processing may take longer during peak times, provider maintenance, or security checks.
  • We may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership before approving a withdrawal. This is done to protect you and to prevent fraud.
  • We may delay or reject a withdrawal if the information provided is incorrect, if the account is under investigation, or if these Terms have been broken.
  • Bonus funds may be subject to wagering or turnover conditions before they can be withdrawn, as explained in the bonus terms.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

  • All bonuses, including welcome, registration, daily login, deposit match, cashback, VIP, and referral rewards, are subject to their own specific terms, which are shown with each offer.
  • Each bonus may have conditions such as eligibility, expiry dates, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal amounts.
  • Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, and payment account unless stated otherwise.

10. VIP Program

VIP tiers, benefits, and limits depend on your gameplay activity and are decided by 88DD. We may adjust the requirements and rewards of the VIP program, or move members between tiers, at any time.

11. Fair Play and Game Rules

  • Our games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure random outcomes.
  • Each game has its own rules, payout tables, and conditions, which you should read before playing.
  • Game results shown on our servers are final. In case of a dispute, our game records take priority.
  • If a game round is interrupted because of a disconnection, outcomes will follow the rules of that specific game.
  • If a technical error clearly affects a game result or payout, we may correct the result, cancel the round, or adjust balances accordingly.

12. No Guarantee of Winnings

18. Limitation of Liability

If changes are significant, we will give clearer notice, such as an in-app message. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law and Disputes
